As reported last week, Lady Gaga and fellow celebrities have sacrificed their digital life on Facebook and Twitter in order to raise money for people living with AIDS. Furthermore to Lady Gaga's digital death, the superstar was spotted this weekend in Milan and my lordy... did she look horridly dead!
