It's common knowledge...there is no healthier bank account than those of a Hollywood celeb. But let's just add, with all the money comes responsibility and an open wallet heart to give back to those desperately in need!

So proud of you Gaga!

As always, the Alejandro sniger Lady Gaga took the top spot in the annual poll as the most charitable celebrity of the year. Some of her major projects include the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" campaign and a "Hands Up For Marriage Equality" event in order to support her biggest fanbase, the LGBTI.

Coming in second was the ever so gorgeous Alicia Keys, the founder of "Keep A Child Alive" and if you can remember, Keys started the Digital Death Campaign and raised $ 1 million for HIV/ AIDS funding. Other celebrities include Taylor Swift, Ashton Kutcher and wife Demi Moore.

Congrats to all the celebs, so proud of you - and keep giving!

They're Back!

We didn't even miss them.... just joking!

Happy tweeting!

All our favourite celebrities are alive and back online - but all thanks to a billionaire who donated $ 500 000 seeing that the campaign failed to generate enough money by day six. Nevertheless, they've reached the million dollar goal and can help a lot of sick people in Africa and India.

Wonder why the campaign underperformed - maybe lack of marketing?

Anyway, congrats celebs - proud of you bitches!

What are you doing to help?

It's all over the news concerning the celebrities who sacrificed their digital lives in order to save millions affected by HIV/ AIDS. Herewith some of the celebrity promotion images for the campaign...

Everyone needs to understand that this pandemic is very real and there are millions of people dependant on any assistance whatsoever - I firmly believe that this is our ultimate goal on earth... To lend a helping hand to our brothers and sisters in need.
