I'm leaving Tuesday night on a trip and I'm super excited about it!
Wednesday and Thursday mark 200 years of Mexico's independence and 100 years since the Mexican Revolution (for more insight on Mexico's perceptions of these events see the article in the previous post). I'll be going with friends as part of a tour group on a trip called "Mexico de mil colores" (for Spanish speakers you can see more info here) from Tuesday night until Monday morning. We'll be visiting San Miguel de Allende, Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, Tequila, Tonola and Tlaqupaque.
I'll have updates and photos when I return -- though probably no updates until then!
